Baking pizza
Pizza is always bake in pre-heated oven at home or in professional pizza oven.Temperature should be 250'C, and in pizza oven between 270'-300'C, depending on the thermostat (as different thermostats show different temperature).
If baking in the oven heat up to 250 'C,baking dish lubricated with oil or sprinkle with a little stick baking sheet of flour. Developed dough filled as desired and bake until golden brown rims of pizza.
The real professional pizza at home you get, if you put in a baking plate one ceramic tile size 30 x 30 cm (glaze tiles going down a rugged part above) or a marble tile of the same size thickness of at least 1 cm.Baking plate and ceramic tile heated in an oven at 250 'C.
Stretch the dough and put it on a piece of cardboard or plywood panel which have previously sprinkled with flour, fill pizza of your choice making sure that the cardboard or plywood are dry that pizza would not taped,
pre-heated baking plate with ceramic tile pull out of the oven and tiny movements of cardboard or plywood undress pizza on the tile, all together return to the oven and bake until edges are golden brown pizza.
