Pizza with 4 aphrodisiac




 I came up with the idea to make a pizza for two, dinner for two under candles. I used these afrodisiacs: garlic, figs, walnuts and spinach. 

Ingredients for two people:

- 400 gr. of dough
- 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce
- 150 gr.pizza cheese
- 50 gr. Gorgonzola
-50 gr. Emmental cheese
- 30 gr. Grana Padano permesan
- 100 gr ham
- 30 gr. prosciutto
- 100 gr spinach 
- 30 g Crab meat or surimi sticks 
- 4 figs 
- 2 cloves garlic 
- 1 tablespoon ground walnuts 

Preparation: 

The dough stretched to 36-38 cm (knead the dough according to the recipe you have in previous posts on this site) .Mix  50 grams of pizza cheese  with grated emmental cheese and gorgonzola.On 1 cm from the edge of the pizza  put this mixture in a circle, then switch the dough over this mixture of   cheeses and lightly press to get stuffed edges.Uniformly applied pizza sauce  to the edges  that have filled with cheese , then apply 50 grams of pizza cheese  that you previously grated.Arrange with spinach, finely chopped garlic, ham,arrange also  with Crab meat, then apply the remaining amount of pizza cheese.Sprinkle with  oregano.Preheat the oven to 250 degrees , so when you insert a pizza in the oven, reduce temperature to 200 degrees, to bake  filled edges .When raise the edges, the temperature back to 250 degrees and bake until the edges get brown.When  pizza is already baked, sprinkle with finely chopped 3 figs (  1 whole fig goes as decoration in the middle of the pizza,after baking). Arrange with sliced prosciutto over the entire pizza, sprinkle with ground walnuts and Parmesan Grana Padano. Garnish with chopped olives and serve.

Pizza sa 4 afrodizijaka

 

     Došao sam na ideju da napravim pizzu za dvoje, za večeru pod svećama.Od afrodizijaka sam koristio : beli luk,smokve,orah i spanać.


Sastav za dve osobe:
- 400 gr. testa
- 4 kašike pizza sosa
- 150 gr.pizza sira
- 50 gr. gorgonzole
- 50 gr. ementaler sira
- 30 gr. Grana Padano permezana
- 50 gr šunke
- 40 gr pečenice
- 30 gr. pršute
- 100 gr spanaća
- 30 gr rakovog mesa ili surimi štapića
- 4 smokve
- 2 čena belog luka
- 1 supena kašika  mlevenih oraha


Priprema:

Testo razvući na 36-38 cm (testo umesiti po receptu koji imate u prethodnim postovima na ovom sajtu ).Pomešati 50 grama pica sira sa narendanim ementalerom i gorgonzolom.Na 1 cm od ivice pice rasporediti ovu mešavinu sireva u krug,zatim ivice prebaciti preko sireva i lagano ispritiskati da biste dobili punjene ivice.Ravnomerno naneti pica sos do spojeva ivica koje ste napunili sirom,zatim naneti 50 grama pica sira koji ste prethodno narendali.Posuti sa spanaćem,sitno seckanim belim lukom,naizmenično poređati šunku i pečenicu.Popuniti praznine u filu sa rakovim mesom,zatim naneti preostalu količinu pica sira.Poprskati origanom.Rernu zagrejati na 250 stepeni,pa kada se pica ubaci u rernu,temperaturu smanjiti na 200 stepeni,da bi se punjene ivice ispekle.Kada se podignu ivice,temperaturu vratiti na 250 stepeni i peći dok ivice ne porumene.Kada je pica već gotova,posuti je sa sitno seckanim smokvama ( 3 smokve,a 1 cela ide kao dekoracija u sredini pice ).Rasporediti pršutu preko cele pice,posuti sa mlevenim orasima i parmezanom Grana Padano.
Dekorisati seckanim maslinama i poslužiti.

Sweet pizza - recipe




Composition -for two to three persons;
- 400 grams of dough (dough knead a recipe which you have in the previous post)
- 5 tablespoons of fruit jam
- 1 banana
- 150-200 gr cherries
- 1 tablespoon nutella or other chocolate cream

Preparation:

  The dough stretched to 36 -38 cm, spread with jam, spread out over a banana cut into rings. Between bananas throw cherry (also frozen). Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees until nicely golden brown edges. When the pizza is ready, apply with table  spoon  chocolate cream , as you can see in the picture.

Slatka pica - recept



Slatka pica je veoma jednostavna,brza i ukusna poslastica koju može napraviti svako.

Sastav -za dve do tri osobe;

- 400 grama testa ( testo umesiti po receptu koji imate na prethodnom postu )
- 5 kašika marmelade
- 1 banana
- 150-200 gr višanja
- 1 kašika rastopljenog eurokrema ili nekog drugog krema

Priprema;

Testo razvući na 36 -38 cm,premazati sa marmeladom,preko rasporediti bananu nasečenu na kolutiće.
između banane pobacati višnje ( može i zamrznute ).
Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 250 stepeni,dok ivice lepo ne porumene.
Kada je pica gotova,kašikom naneti rastopljeni eurokrem,kao što vidite na slici.

Unique rolls of tortillas



Unique rolls of tortillas takes 1.5 to 1.7 kg or 24 to 28 rolls:

 -2 tortillas size 36 cm (knead and bake according to the recipe that you have in a previous post on this site)
 -4 tablespoons sour cream
 -800 gr mushrooms
 - 1 medium green pepper 
 -1 tomato
-60 gr sweet corn 
-100 gr  ham (5 sheets)
  -10 sheets  bratwurst sausage
 -8 tablespoons pizza sauce (recipe for pizza sauce on the previous post of this site)
 -2 gelatin Dr Oetker
 -300 gr of pizza cheese
 -1 egg.

 Preparation:

Grate mushrooms, peppers cut into strips and all cook together, add 1 clove garlic and put salt.After stewing, mushrooms and peppers split. Cut tomato in half and cut into the slices.In a pot put 8 tablespoons cold water put 2 bags of gelatin and leave for 10 minutes, not mix with spoon.Put on a slow fire to the gelatin dissolves, strictly take care not to boil. Place the cooked tortillas on a table, smear them with two tablespoons of sour cream.Before cooking you have  800 gr fresh mushrooms,after cooking  get 400 gr cooked mushrooms, on each tortilla will apply  200 gr cooked mushrooms in a way that will put in a separate container 200 gr cooked mushrooms, add 4 tablespoons pizza sauce and pour it with half the melted of gelatin.All mix well and spread over tortilla, then sprinkle with sweet corn. Do the same  with another tortilla and the remaining amount of mushrooms, pizza sauce, gelatin and sweet corn.Over mid deploy both tortillas strips cooked  green pepper and over each tortilla put  2.5 slices of ham.Put in a  line bratwurst sausage.Half of pizza cheese arrange  over the ingredients and sausage.Over bratwurst put sliced tomato. Now you can roll tortilla as a pancake, so in  half of rolling insert sides of tortillas  by 1 cm inside that the filling not  fell out, continue rolling tortillas and a 3 cm before the end, lubricate the edge with egg and glue it. The edge of  tortillas should be on the bottom.Grease on baking sheet or aluminum foil, depending on what you will bake these tortillas.On a  desk  brush tortillas with egg  and grate over both the tiny remaining amount of pizza cheese.Strictly grate pizza cheese out of the pan,  Stick them on a greased baking sheet or foil and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.When cheese begins to brown, to boost the temperature to 250 degrees. When everything gets dark copper color, remove everything from the oven and leave to cool down all out, and then put in the fridge, it would be best to spend the night. If it is urgent, cool it to room temperature, then put in the freezer until hardened. Rolls of tortillas cut to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm, arrange at ovale plate and decorate as desired.

Jedinstveni rolati od tortilja


Potrebno za 1,5 do 1,7 kg ili 24 do 28 rolata:

-2 tortilje veličine 36 cm ( umesiti i ispeći po receptu koji imate na prethodnom postu na ovom sajtu )
-4 kašike pavlake
-800 gr pečuraka
-1 srednji paradajz
-1 zelena paprika
-60 gr kukuruza šećerca
-100 gr praške šunke ( 5 listova )
-6 listova pečenice
-10 listova kulena
-8 kašike pica sosa ( recept za pica sos na prethodnom postu ovog sajta )
-2 želatina Dr oetker
-300 gr kačkavalja
-1 jaje.


Priprema:

   Pečurke narendati,papriku iseći na trake i sve prodinstati,dodati 1 čen belog luka i posoliti.Posle dinstanja,pečurke i paprike razdvojiti,pečurke ocediti.Paradajz preseći na pola i iseći na tanke šnite.U džezvu staviti 8 kašika hladne vode,staviti 2 kesice želatina i ostaviti 10 min,ne mešajući.Staviti na blagu vatru da se želatin rastopi,strogo voditi računa da ne provri.
Staviti ispečene tortilje na pult,premazati ih sa po dve kašike pavlake.Pošto ste od 800 gr svežih pečuraka  dobili 400 gr dinstanih,na svaku tortilju ćete naneti po 200 gr dinstanih i to tako što ćete u posebnu posudu staviti 200 gr pečuraka,dodati 4 kašike pica sosa i to preliti sa polovinom razmućenog želatina.Sve promešati i rasporediti preko tortilje,zatim posuti sa kukuruzom.Isto ovo uraditi i sa drugom tortiljom i preostalom količinom pečuraka,želatina.pica sosa i kukuruza.Preko sredine obe tortilje rasporediti trake dinstane zelene paprike,a preko paprike na svaku tortilju staviti po 2,5 lista šunke.Listove pečenice preseći na pola i duž gornje linije šunke poredjati na obe tortilje.Duž donje linije šunke poredjati kulen.Polovinu kačkavalja narendati sitno preko sastojaka na tortiljama.Izmedju kulena i pečenice rasporediti po pola paradajza.Tortilju sada rolati kao palačinku,tako da u pola rolanja ubaciti prstom stranice za po 1 cm unutra da kasnije ne bi fil ispadao,nastaviti sa rolanjem tortilje i na jedno 3 cm pred kraj,namazati ivicu jajetom i zalepiti.Spoj tortilje treba da bude sa donje strane.Nauljiti pleh ili aluminijumsku foliju,u zavisnosti u čemu ćete peći tortilje.Na radnoj površini tortilje premazati umućenim jajetom i preko obe narendati na sitno preostalu količinu kačkavalja.Obavezno rendajte kačkavalj van pleha,da se ne bi isti zalepio prilikom pečenja za pleh ili foliju.
Prebacite ih na nauljeni pleh ili foliju i pecite ih u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni.Kada kačkavalj počne da rumeni,pojačati temperaturu na 250 stepeni.
Kada sve dobije tamno bakarnu boju,sve izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti  da se sve dobro ohladi napolju,a zatim staviti u frižider,najbolje bi bilo da prenoći.
Ako je hitno,ohladiti ga do sobne temperature,a zatim staviti u zamrzivač dok se ne stegne.

Rolate od tortilja seći na debljinu 1.5-2 cm,redjati na ovale i dekorisati po želji.
Ukoliko je potrebna posna kombinacija,umesto pavlake kao podlogu staviti pica sos,a kačkavalj zameniti sa biljnim sirom.Naravno,izbaciti i meso,a zameniti ga svežim povrćem ili tunjevinom.
