When you say the word pizza, I always think of the fast food.But, using good quality ingredients, pizza itself is a healthy food, because there is no bad additive.Ingredients baked at a high temperature of no oil, so that the nutritional value same preserved. In addition to the classic, I've thought of a few extremely healthy pizza, baked of dough from wheat integral flour.
The recipe for a healthy pizza dough:
- 700 gr. wheat integral flour
- 300 gr flour for bread
- 1 dl olive oil ( half cup )

- 2/3 tablespoon of sugar
- 10 gr yeast
- 0.5 liter of water +/- 5%
Knead dough according to the instructions given on the previous posts on this site. Pizza for two people:
The dough stretched to 36 - 38 cm, apply 4 tablespoons pizza sauce, put the ingredients of your choice (which I suggest in the lower combinations), insert the pizza in preheated oven at 250 degrees and bake until golden brown edges .
My healthy pizzas:
MR.BEAN - On the stretched dough apply pizza sauce, apply 50 gr of pizza cheese, then spread 100 gr sweet corn, fresh tomato cut in thin slices and apply over the corn, sprinkle with unroasted sunflower seeds.Over, add 100 gr salad beans, 30 gr pizza cheese.Sprinkle with oregano and basil and after baking put some chopped olives.
FUNGI MR. BEAN - On the stretched dough apply pizza sauce, apply 50 gr of pizza cheese, then spread 100 gr mushrooms cut in thin slices, sprinkle over 50 g of corn .Fresh tomato cut in thin slices and apply over the entire pizza, sprinkle with unroasted sunflower seeds.Add 100 gr salad beans, 30 gr pizza cheese.Sprinkle with oregano and basil, after baking put some chopped olives.
TUNA BEANS - On the stretched dough, apply pizza sauce, then 50 gr of pizza cheese, 100 g of corn.Open one can of tuna, drain excess oil, apply tuna on pizza, then 100 gr salad beans, 30 gr of pizza cheese, oregano, basil and after baking put some chopped olives.
SPINACI - On the stretched dough, apply 4 tablespoons pesto sauce , 50 gr of pizza cheese, pizza cover with chopped spinach, so that in the middle of spinach you have empty space left in which you put one egg.Sprinkle with 30 gr pizza cheese, oregano and basil and chopped olives after baking.
VEGGY GARDEN - On the stretched dough, apply pizza sauce, then 50 gr of pizza cheese, spread 100 grams mushrooms cut in thin slices, arrange over the entire surface of the pizza, thinly cut slices of peppers, tomato, eggplant and zucchini.Apply 50 gr of corn ,30 gr of pizza cheese, sprinkle oregano and basil.After baking apply 30 - 40 gr fresh arugula, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and arrange with chopped olives.
BROCCOLI PIZZA - On the stretched dough, apply pizza sauce, then 50 gr of pizza cheese, 160 gr mushrooms cut in thin slices.Broccoli (about 10 small pcs.) boil about 2 - 3 minutes in salted water, then sort them on pizza, pour a little lemon juice, sprinkle unbaked sunflower seeds, apply 50 gr of pizza cheese.Sprinkle with oregano and basil.After baking put some chopped olives.
